A little about us.
Our backgrounds in German and Southwestern cooking give our handmade food a unique blend of flavors. Starting with our favorite recipes, we use the freshest ingredients we can get or grow to make our food a healthy, tasty alternative to traditional restaurant fare. Our aim is to minimize the amount of preservatives, salt, fats and other additives while increasing the quality and flavor. We make our own baked goods, (in the morning its cinnamon rolls in the oven) pastries and pies. We slow roast our meats, each with its own distinct blend of spices and on our handmade bread, serve the tastiest sandwiches in town. When at all possible, we serve Free Range, homegrown or local products.
